Upon consideration, the emergency petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. The court's blanket refusal to consider bail for a violation of probation charge was error. Glosson v. Solomon, 490 So.2d 94 (Fla. 3d DCA 1986); § 948.06(1), Fla.Stat. (1991); Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.790(b). Petitioner shall be released forthwith.
