Petitioner appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

Petitioner was convicted of assault in the fourth degree, menacing, driving under the influence, carrying a dangerous weapon with the intent to use it, felon in possession of a firearm and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
