No. 94-1326.

657 So.2d 1197 (1995)

Doreen NEWMAN, Appellant/Cross-Appellee, v. Peter NEWMAN, Appellee/Cross-Appellant.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

Rehearing Denied August 17, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Lynn P. Johns, West Palm Beach, for appellant/cross-appellee.

David W. Schmidt of Simon and Schmidt, Delray Beach, for appellee/cross-appellant.

FARMER, Judge.

We reverse the trial court's modification of the domesticated New York divorce judgment. The final decree by the New York judge, entered April 1993, was based on a settlement agreement in which the parties agreed that the mother would be the primary residential parent, even though their child was temporarily residing with his father until the end of the school year in June 1993. Thereafter, the child spent most of the summer with the mother.
