In this employment dispute case, the appellants, Colin P. Leach and Marianthe Leach, appeal the trial court's rendering of a take-nothing summary judgment on their claims of promissory estoppel and fraud against the appellee, Conoco, Inc. In three points of error, the appellants contend that the trial court erred in rendering summary judgment for the following reasons: (1) the Statute of Frauds does not apply to the appellants...
