Following an accident with an underinsured motorist, plaintiffs Michael and Mary Sutton who held three separate automobile insurance policies on three separate vehicles with defendant Farmers Insurance Exchange (Farmers), unsuccessfully sought coverage under the policy with the highest underinsured motorist liability limit.
