Appellant, Daniel Harmon, appeals an order of the Craighead County Circuit Court granting summary judgment to separate appellees, Carco Carriage Corporation (Carco) and its employee, Martha Arends, on appellant's claims for malicious prosecution and abuse of process. As this case presents a question about the law of torts, our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark.Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(a)(16). The trial court erred in granting summary judgment on both claims....
