CANNELLA, Judge.

At issue in this case is whether Louisiana community property law requires, following divorce after the parties' second marriage to each other, a partition of military pension benefits earned during the parties' prior marriage. The trial court concluded that benefits earned during the first marriage may not be partitioned in a proceeding arising out of the second marriage. We affirm.
