OPINION

MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Jesse I. Evan was charged by information with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, AS 11.41.434(a), and one count of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, AS 11.41.436(a). Under a plea agreement with the State, Evan waived grand jury indictment and pleaded no contest to the second-degree sexual abuse charge; the other charges were dismissed. Superior Court Judge Dale O. Curda sentenced Evan to 4 years' imprisonment...
