Stewart, appeals a judgment of the Dallas County Circuit Court, filed May 4, 1994, convicting him of four counts of delivery of cocaine (counts I-IV), a Class Y felony, Ark.Code Ann. § 5-64-401 (Repl.1993), and one count of maintaining a drug premises (count V), a Class D felony, Ark.Code Ann. § 5-64-402 (Repl.1993).
