NEWBERN, Justice.

Ricky Joe Hodge was given concurrent sentences amounting to 40 years after pleading guilty to rape, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, robbery, and theft, all arising from the same incident. The judgment and commitment order was entered, and execution of it commenced March 16, 1994. The prosecution then discovered Mr. Hodge had previously been convicted of two counts of rape, so the sentence should have been to life imprisonment according to Ark.Code...
