Defendant Victor Harris appeals the judgment entered upon his convictions by a jury for second degree robbery, § 569.030, RSMo 1986, and first degree burglary, § 569.160, RSMo 1986. He also seeks an amendment of his sentencing by the court as a Class X offender, § 558.019, RSMo 1986, to two concurrent thirty year terms of imprisonment. Defendant further appeals the denial, without an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion...
