PER CURIAM.

Kenneth Chaky appeals his convictions of first-degree murder and solicitation to commit first-degree murder and his respective sentences of death and thirty years' imprisonment. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. For the reasons expressed, we affirm Chaky's convictions and sentence of thirty years' imprisonment, but we reverse his sentence of death and remand this cause for imposition of a life sentence without eligibility for parole...
