Appellant Danny Ray Taylor entered a plea of guilty for the offense of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, see TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 29.03 (Vernon 1994), for which the jury assessed punishment at seventy years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
