Suffolk Federal Credit Union appeals an order denying its motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. We reverse.

Suffolk Federal Credit Union is located in New York and does not transact business in Florida. Based on the record before us, it appears that a credit union member, Augustus L.
