This case involves a single vehicle accident that occurred when a vehicle flipped over in a field close to the intersection of Louisiana Highway 370 and Acadia Parish Roads 3-1 and 3-69 on September 11, 1991. Kemper McSpadden, who was driving, and Chad Feerick, a back seat passenger, sustained personal injuries as a result of the accident. Steve Hebert, the front seat passenger, died in the accident.
