OPINION

MIRABAL, Justice.

A jury found appellant, Vincent Edward Mize, guilty of aggravated robbery. The jury found two enhancement paragraphs true, and assessed punishment at confinement for 99 years. In two points of error, appellant complains about the absence of an accomplice-witness instruction in the jury charge. We reverse and remand.
