The father of D.C., a twelve-year-old boy, appeals the family court's order terminating his parental rights. He argues that the court erred by (1) making crucial findings based solely on hearsay, (2) admitting D.C.'s progress reports when the preparer of the reports was unavailable for cross-examination, (3) making critical findings on D.C.'s emotional state and need for permanence based on the opinion testimony of unavailable or unqualified...
