REVERSED AND REMANDED.

On July 20, 1994, a jury convicted Appellant Mark Langley of involuntary manslaughter and second degree assault, pursuant to Sections 565.024 and 565.060.1(4),1 respectively. Appellant was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment on each count, to be served consecutively, and was fined $5,000 on each count.
