Appellant Joseph Giordano was formerly employed by Reynolds Electrical and Engineering Company, Inc. at the Nevada Test Site. His general foreman was respondent Troy Spencer. Spencer and Giordano disliked each other. According to Spencer, Giordano was not a team player and "liked to dictate instead of going along with the game plan."
