Defendant, Addie P. Johnson, pled guilty to one count of distribution of cocaine. She subsequently filed a motion to withdraw her guilty plea, which the trial court denied. On appeal, defendant contends that the guilty plea was constitutionally infirm and that the trial court abused its discretion by refusing to allow her to withdraw her guilty plea.
