The matter before this Court is an accelerated appeal from an order entered by the trial court granting a temporary injunction. The order, entered by the trial court on January 20, 1995, enjoined the appellant, William Brosseau, from "taking any action which may in any way be contrary to or impair Ranzau's ownership of the real property."
