CAYCE, Chief Justice.

Appellant Roy Lee Hubbard was found guilty by a jury of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. At punishment, the jury found the enhancement paragraphs true, made an affirmative finding of a deadly weapon, and assessed a life sentence. The conviction was affirmed by this court, but reversed and remanded by the court of criminal appeals for reconsideration in light of Grunsfeld v. State,
