Lee Hood appeals his conviction after a jury trial of two counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341. Hood was sentenced to two months imprisonment, a total fine of $500 and two years supervised release on each count. He argues that the district court1 erred in denying his motions for judgment of acquittal because the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to sustain his conviction...
