DUDLEY, Justice.

After hearing almost three weeks of testimony, the jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant Ford Motor Company in this products liability case. The defendant's verdict was rendered at the close of the first part of a bifurcated trial, but it ended the trial because there was no need for the jury to hear the second part of the case, which was Ford Motor Company's cross-claim against other defendants for reimbursement under the Joint Tortfeasors...
