In re FLORIDA RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE — RULE 3.400, MATERIAL TO the JURY ROOM.

Upon consideration of comments directed to the proposed change to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.400, the court concludes that no amendments to the proposed rule are necessary. Therefore, the proposed rule change reflected by this court's previous opinion shall become effective upon the entry of this order.

GRIMES, C.J., and OVERTON, SHAW, KOGAN, HARDING and ANSTEAD, JJ., concur.

WELLS, J., dissents.
