Rodney P. Tieken appeals adverse judgments in two lawsuits stemming from a will contest. Tieken claims that in the will contest suit (cause number 2-94-240-CV), the trial court erred in overruling his Motions for Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict and for New Trial because the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the jury's findings of lack of testamentary capacity and undue influence.
