On May 11, 1994, in cause number 10-94-047-CV, we conditionally issued a writ of mandamus sought by Jerry Easter, Relator, against Honorable Frank G. McDonald, Respondent, who is sitting as the judge of the 74th District Court. See Easter v. McDonald, 877 S.W.2d 77, 80 (Tex.App.—Waco 1994, orig. proceeding).
