CHUCK MILLER, Justice (Retired), Sitting by Appointment.

Appellant was convicted of two counts of aggravated robbery and received 60 years' confinement for count one, and 75 years' confinement for count three, count two having been directed out by the trial court. Appellant's motion for new trial was denied and thereafter he perfected appeal to this Court. Appellant brings eleven points of error challenging his conviction. We affirm the judgment...
