Marion L. Dinwiddie (movant) pleaded guilty to three counts of involuntary manslaughter. § 565.024.1(2), RSMo 1986. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 7 years for each count. The sentences were ordered served consecutively. Following incarceration, movant filed a post-conviction motion pursuant to Rule 24.035. He appeals the denial of that motion...
