Pursuant to TEX.R.APP.P. 2(b), the opinion of November 15, 1995, is hereby withdrawn. This opinion is substituted and the timetables commence as of this date. This is an appeal by the State of Texas following the granting by the trial court of appellee's motion to quash indictment.
