This is an appeal of a summary judgment granted by the trial court in favor of a municipality. Appellant, Jerrell D. Inman, Sr., sought recovery for slander and tortious interference with a business relationship against the City of Katy, Texas and Billy Johnson, Assistant Chief of Police for the City of Katy.
