Jimmy and Samuel T. Hatcher appeal summary judgment in favor of James A. Dixon, Jr., Esq., on the Hatchers' claim that Mr. Dixon fraudulently obtained a summary judgment in a separate action that arose out of an automobile accident. We affirm. In the present case, the Hatchers allege that they accepted offers of judgment that Mr. Dixon made in the earlier case, on behalf of Henry Flyte, the driver, only because Mr. Dixon represented to them that they...
