Appellant Frieda Jean Waggle was convicted by a jury of being an accomplice to aggravated robbery and theft of property. She was sentenced to ten years for the aggravated robbery conviction and three years for the theft of property conviction, with the sentences to run consecutively for a total of thirteen years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
