Dale Gilbreath, the intervenor below, appeals the granting of a summary judgment in favor of Billy D. White, the defendant below. Gilbreath contends that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment on the following theories: (1) Gilbreath had no cause of action on the insurance policy; (2) Gilbreath had no legal or equitable title to the property; (3) Gilbreath had no right to settlement proceeds; (4) the statute of limitations...
