PARIENTE, Judge.
In this appeal we review a non-final order denying defendants' motion for summary judgment which raises the issue of worker's compensation immunity for its corporate officers and directors. We conclude that we have jurisdiction to review the trial court's order pursuant to rule 9.130(a)(3)(C)(vi), Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.
