OPINION

LAGARDE, Justice.

Kevin Matthew McGowin appeals his conviction for attempted capital murder. Appellant pleaded guilty, and the jury assessed his punishment at seventy-five years' imprisonment and a $10,000 fine. Appellant brings three points of error contending: (1) his plea was not entered voluntarily and intelligently; (2) the trial court erred in failing to admonish him that his guilty plea could result in his deportation or denial of citizenship...
