Defendant, Edwin A. Hill, appeals the judgment entered on a jury verdict finding him sane at the time of the commission of three counts of aggravated robbery. We reverse and remand for a new sanity trial.

In October 1989, after a jury found defendant sane at the time of the commission of the offenses, defendant was convicted of five counts of aggravated robbery. Defendant appealed, and a division of this court affirmed the judgment entered...
