Plaintiff Vinson Electric Supply Company obtained judgment against Johnny Carolina, David Carolina, and J & D Carolina General Contractors, Inc., for $14,471.00 plus interest, attorney's fees, and costs. The defendants did not pay the judgment, and on August 5, 1993, plaintiff caused the Circuit Clerk of Conway County to issue a writ of execution.
