George Coffey and Dewey Stewart1 brought this action against the County of Stone, by and through its three commissioners, and against Lloyd Branham and Donald W. Young2 to set aside a quitclaim deed from the county to Appellants and to declare that a disputed roadway is a public one. The trial court granted the relief requested. Only Branham and Young appeal.
