ERVIN, Judge.

Richard Hightower appeals from the trial court's summary denial of his motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. On the state's concession of error, we reverse and remand.

Hightower pled guilty to robbery and was sentenced to eighteen years in prison as a habitual offender. He alleged that his attorney promised him that this sentence would run concurrent with a five-year sentence...
