The appellant, Dawn Bullock, was charged with simple possession of cocaine and pled not guilty. Her motion to suppress the evidence was heard and denied by the trial court. Appellant withdrew her prior plea of not guilty and pled guilty as charged, reserving her right pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), to appeal the trial court's ruling on the motion to suppress the evidence. She was sentenced...
