Farmers Bank and Trust Company appeals from a judgment awarding three certificates of deposit to Cindy Brazell. Brazell claims the certificates because they were owned jointly with her mother, Margaret Lin Brazell, who is deceased. Farmers argues that it had a perfected security interest in the certificates of deposit and that Brazell's survivorship rights in the certificates were subject to that interest.
