OPINION

STOVER, Justice.

This is an appeal of a final judgment in a workers' compensation case in which the trial court granted the carrier a credit against the money to be received by the appellant for damages, thus reducing the appellant's recovery. The appellant (Singleton) filed this cause in district court to set aside the Industrial Accident Board decision which was rendered on September 21, 1992....
