No. 94-2094.

654 So.2d 1072 (1995)

Danny THOMAS, aka Terry Anthony Robinson, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

June 7, 1995.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Danny Thomas, in pro per.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., and Linda S. Katz, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before HUBBART, GERSTEN and GODERICH, JJ.

See Hale v. State, 630 So.2d 521 (Fla. 1993), cert. denied, ___ U.S. ___, 115 S.Ct. 278, 130 L.Ed.2d 195 (1994);
