Shaun Paul Johnson was tried by a jury and convicted of Trafficking in Illegal Drugs After Former Conviction of a Felony in violation of 63 O.S. 1991, § 2-415, in the District Court of Kay County, Case No. CRF-92-173. In accordance with the jury's recommendation, the Honorable Neal Beekman sentenced Johnson to life imprisonment and fined him $500,000, $450,000 suspended...
