MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation ("Lawyers Title"), has filed a motion to dismiss two of the counterclaims filed by one of the defendants, First Midwest Bank ("First Midwest") and to strike one of its affirmative defenses. For the reasons stated below, the plaintiff's motion is granted in part and denied in part.
