This appeal arises from the denial of plaintiff's claim for workers' compensation benefits.

FACTS

Plaintiff, Earlyn Carrier, Jr., alleges that he injured his neck on April 13, 1993 as he stacked sacks of crawfish during the course of his employment for defendant, Debarge's College Junction (DCJ). He continued to work until April 26, 1993, despite increasing pain in his neck, when he informed one of DCJ's owners, Jason Debarge...
