I. INTRODUCTION

Dana Kopanuk entered into a contract regarding home occupancy with the Association of Village Council Presidents Regional Housing Authority (AVCP RHA). Upon breach by Kopanuk, AVCP RHA initiated a forcible entry and detainer (FED) action in district court.
