PER CURIAM.

Brian Joseph Bellnoa and Jeremiah J. Bellnoa, both minors, were injured when they were struck by a privately owned and operated truck while attempting to cross the street in the 3500 block of East First Street in Austin. Brian Joseph Bellnoa later died from his injuries. Appellants Jose Bellnoa and Carolyn Bellnoa (the Bellnoas) sued appellee the City of Austin (the City) for damages arising out of that accident...
