Robert Salingue filed suit against Sheila Overturf for damages and injuries sustained when the parties' motor vehicles collided. During discovery, defense counsel utilized Supreme Court Rule 215 (134 Ill.2d R. 215) and retained Dr. Herbert Rosenbaum to examine Robert and Esther Salingue.
